It was back to Costa Rica for our winter warmup. I think the winter thing was some pre-nuptial I had to agree to, but she can’t find the paperwork. Anyway, Costa Rica is good to us as we’ve come to know many people in the Esterillos Este area, particularly after we spent 6 months there while the world was hunkering down for Covid, whatever that was. We love it and have been back to the same area for at least six or seven years. In fact, the picture on the main page of this blog comes from a small beach area known as Dominicalito, just a little over an hour south of Esterillos.
There is so much more to say about this trip and the friends and community we feel when we visit, but for now, I think I’ll park this post, and as memories pop up, I’ll add to it.
